Jackson HealthPros is thrilled to welcome an experienced MRI Tech to our team to accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and expertly operate MRI scanners to create diagnostic images.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
• MRI advanced level certification and state licensure as required by Tennessee.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an MRI Technologist, including experience with 1.5T and 3T MRI scanners preferred.
• Demonstrated experience performing a full range of MRI procedures, including neuro, spine, MSK, and body imaging.
• Experience operating scheduling and PACS systems preferred.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent.
• Ability to follow physician protocols, maintain patient safety, and manage emergent situations in a hospital environment.
• Client requirement: experience working in an acute care hospital setting and comfort with high-acuity patient populations.
• Client requirement: ability to work night shifts and adhere to facility policies, including documentation and infection control procedures.
• Preferred: Advanced certifications such as MR Safety Officer (MRSO) or Ongoing continuing education in MRI technology.

• Shift Name: Nights.
• Shift Details: Nights 2000-0630. Monday-Thursday schedule.
• Assignment Length: 13 Week contract.
