Join the team as an Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you will operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images used by physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions. This position is for a travel assignment in Winston-Salem, NC at a hospital.

Minimum Requirements:

• ARDMS-AB certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with high-acuity patient populations including pediatrics and adults.
• Experience using GE Logiq equipment preferred.
• Experience documenting in EPIC or comparable EMR preferred.
• Ability to perform inpatient, outpatient, ED, and pediatric exams; willingness to float between areas as needed.
• Strong communication and time-management skills required.
• Previous experience in a hospital setting required.
• Orientation requirements: completion of facility NEO and 2 days departmental orientation.
• Preferred: candidate acceptance as a first-time traveler is allowed.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Hospital.
• Shift name: Nights.
• Shift schedule: Nights 10:00pm–7:00am, 9-hour shift, 36 hours per week, schedule cycles every 2 weeks.
• Patient types: Pediatric and adult, often high acuity.
• Weekend rotation: Depends on staffing needs.
• On call: No.
• Holiday expectations: No major holidays required.
• Scrub color: Black. Parking: Free.
