What You'll Need:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy from an accredited program

• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy

• Valid Radiation Therapy state license, if required

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Radiation Therapist

• Experience with CT simulation (CT/SIMS) and/or proton therapy preferred.

• Willingness to train on one machine while paired with an experienced Radiation Therapist.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital
• Shift Name: Days
• Shift Details: Monday to Friday, 0800–1630 (5x8.5 schedule)
• Schedule note: Client may require availability to work shifts starting as early as 0600 or as late as 1700–1800; candidates should be able to work within that window and indicate shift preference when requested.
• Floating: Candidates must be able to report to multiple hospital locations within the system and float between sites as needed.
• Employment Type: Travel assignment with potential for temp-to-perm or permanent placement; client open to part-time, PRN, or full-time.

Additional Duties:

• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment.

• Accurately position patients and ensure proper immobilization during treatment.

• Verify treatment plans and dosage with the oncology team.

• Monitor patients for adverse reactions during and after therapy.

• Document treatments and maintain accurate patient records.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in academic medical centers or large hospital systems.

• Prior exposure to proton therapy workflows.
