Description
Are you ready to take your expertise as a cardiovascular technologist to new heights? Join a traveling team as a Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) and play a vital role on a team that values your skills while working in Knoxville, TN. Assist physicians and cath lab personnel in conducting diagnostic tests and procedures and operate advanced imaging equipment to capture cardiac and vascular data.
What You'll Need:
- ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist or equivalent credential as required by the facility.
- CCI — RCIS certification required by the client.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a hospital Cath Lab setting.
- BLS and ACLS certification (AHA preferred). ALS must be obtained within 90 days of start if not already held.
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
- Willingness to follow facility scrub policy: hospital-laundered Malibu Blue scrubs; white non-fleece jacket permitted.
- Must be able to start ASAP and be located greater than 50 miles from the facility at time of submission.
- Travelers must provide home address and Social Security number with submission as required by the client.
- Preferred: prior experience taking call one night per week and every third weekend.

- Call: One night per week and every third weekend required.
- Schedule notes: Blocked schedule not available; scheduling will include some long weekends. Must be available for July 4th weekend.
- EMR: Cerner.
