Description
Join our skilled team of imaging professionals as an IR Tech and use your expertise to perform invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures. You will be responsible for the operation and quality assurance of film processing, patient monitoring, and x-ray equipment.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years of IR Tech experience with references; experience must include body IR and neuro IR procedures (preferred: biopsies, fistulas, drains).
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
- Graduate from an AMA-approved accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- BLS certification.
- State radiologic technologist license for WI or ability to obtain prior to start.
- Demonstrated ability to scrub and circulate interventional cases and assist with imaging transfer to PACS.
- Experience with EPIC charting, Alaris pumps, and Pyxis preferred.
- Willingness to float throughout imaging to assist with procedures, CT, and MRI as needed.
- COVID-19 vaccination required per facility policy.
- Preferred: prior IR or critical care experience and prior solo-call or weekend-call experience.

- Schedule pattern: 4x10 (four 10-hour day shifts per week).
- Call requirements: Solo call one weekday from 1730-0700 and weekend on-call starting Friday 1730 through Monday 0700 covering both body and neuro IR.
- Patient types: Neuro, general IR, biopsies, fistulas, drains, moderate sedation cases.
- Charting system: EPIC.
- Orientation: General hospital orientation provided.
