Description
We’re hiring an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist for a hospital in Asheville, NC where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
- Current North Carolina state respiratory therapist license in good standing.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
- Minimum one year of clinical experience as an RRT in an acute care or hospital setting.
- BLS certification required.
- Experience with ventilator management and arterial blood gas interpretation preferred.
- Familiarity with high-acuity environments such as ICU, step-down, or trauma centers preferred.
