Jackson HealthPros is excited to add an experienced Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist to our team where you’ll be responsible for performing a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
- ARRT registered (Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R)) required.
- Valid Washington State DOH imaging license required. MUST HAVE WA LICENSE IN HAND.
- BLS certification required.
- COVID-19 vaccination required.
- Experience with GE, Siemens, Shimadzu equipment preferred.
- Experience with McKesson PACS and EPIC charting system preferred.
- One year of radiologic technologist experience preferred. Preferred experience in larger, fast-paced hospital settings.
- Ability to perform portable X-rays, departmental X-rays, and ED imaging.
- Facility requirement: Candidates may not have been full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit (including CHI and/or Dignity) within the past year.
- Radiation badge required. Facility will not provide badge; responsibility of traveler’s employer.
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Hospital.
- Unit: Radiology - General X-Ray.
- Shift name: Days.
- Shift details: Days 0800-1800. (Tues-Fri, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM noted as shift pattern.)
- Orientation: Department-specific orientation including 2 hours with manager and approximately 2 weeks with staff; orientation hours listed as 12.
- Department equipment and volume: 4 x-ray rooms, 4 portables, 2 fluoro rooms; average studies per day approximately 20–50.
- Radiology coverage: In-house radiologist 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; off-site reads after that.
- Float requirement: No. Coverage limited to X-ray only.
- Charting system: EPIC. PACS: McKesson.
- Scrubs provided.
- Cancellation policy: Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment (3 shifts for assignments under 13 weeks).
