Jackson HealthPros is excited to add an experienced Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist to our team where you’ll be responsible for performing a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
- State Radiologic Technologist license for Massachusetts required.
- Registered Technologist (ARRT-R) preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in radiology technology required; experience with hospital-based radiography preferred.
- Experience operating radiographic equipment and familiarity with X-ray, CT and MRI procedures.
- Proficiency using electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation and image management.
- Ability to follow radiation safety protocols and to use lead aprons, shields, and dosimetry monitoring.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 35+ lbs per physical requirements.

Additional Role Information
- Position involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs as ordered by providers.
- Responsibilities include patient positioning, operation and adjustment of imaging equipment, image quality review, and documentation in EMR systems.
- Follow radiation safety guidelines and monitor equipment performance and dosage.
- Technical troubleshooting and communication with radiologists and clinical teams required.
