Description

Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled nuclear medicine technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team where you will be responsible for preparing and administering radioactive drugs and operating radiation detection and imaging equipment.


Minimum Requirements

  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in nuclear medicine technology, or equivalent educational credential.
  • State license and certification to practice nuclear medicine in the state of New Mexico.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • 2 years' experience as a nuclear medicine technologist; experience in a hospital imaging department preferred.
  • Experience preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals and operating gamma cameras, SPECT, and PET equipment.
  • Familiarity with radiation safety procedures and state and federal radiation regulations.
  • Ability to work with multi-disciplinary clinical teams and follow facility protocols for trauma and acute care settings.
  • Preferred: ARRT (N) certification or NMTCB certification, if applicable.

  • Facility type: Hospital.
  • Shift: Days.
  • Shift hours: 07:00–15:30.
  • Work environment: Level III trauma center supporting medical, surgical, pediatric, and specialty services.
