We’re hiring an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist for a hospital in Altoona, PA where you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Current state Respiratory Therapist license in good standing with the Pennsylvania licensing board.
• One year experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• BLS certification.
• Experience working in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Competence with mechanical ventilation, arterial blood gas analysis, and nebulizer and oxygen therapy management preferred.
• Ability to work variable 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends as required by the assignment.
