Description
Are you ready to advance your career as a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist. Join a hospital in Green Bay, WI as a Cath Lab Tech and contribute to a high-functioning cardiac team. Support physicians and cath lab staff during diagnostic and interventional procedures, operate hemodynamic and imaging systems, and assist with periprocedural patient care.
What You’ll Need:
- ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist). RCIS preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hospital Cath Lab setting.
- BLS required. ACLS preferred.
- Experience with diagnostic and interventional coronary procedures, femoral and radial access, IFR and FFR procedures.
- Experience with balloon pumps and temporary pacing recommended.
- Experience with EP/Cath room workflow and STEMI program expectations.
- Familiarity with Epic EMR, Mac-Lab hemodynamic system, GE C-arm imaging, Alaris IV pumps, and Pyxis medication dispensing preferred.
- Ability to function in a 24/7, 365 STEMI program and to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to teach and educate peers and trainees.
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Hospital.
- Setting: Cardiac Cath Lab / EP hybrid environment (1 EP/Cath room, 1 Cath room).
- Average cases per day: approximately 4.
- Patient types: diagnostic and interventional cath procedures, EP cases, mechanical circulatory support management.
- Floating: within department between procedure rooms and pre-op area only.
- Standard hours per week: 40.
- Assignment duration: 13 weeks.

- Bed count: approximately 72 hospital beds; department includes two procedure rooms.
