Are you ready to take your expertise as a cardiovascular technologist to new heights. Join our team as a Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) and play a vital role on a team that values your skills while working in Orange Park, FL. You will assist physicians and Cath Lab personnel in conducting diagnostic tests and procedures and operate advanced medical equipment to capture images and data of the heart and blood vessels.

Minimum Qualifications

• RCIS, RCES, or RT(R) certification required.
• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• Experience scrubbing for LHC/RHC, PCI, STEMI, and peripheral procedures and ability to monitor patients during procedures.
• Experience with diagnostic left heart catheterization, PCI, STEMI interventions, carotid stenting, and peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Familiarity with cath lab equipment such as GE Innova, OCT, Boston IVUS, Impella, IABP, RotoPro, CSI, and Penumbra.
• Experience using MacLab and Meditech documentation systems preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab experience acceptable. (Client indicates 1+ year acceptable.)

Preferred Qualifications

• RCIS certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) preferred.
• Prior experience in a hospital cath lab setting.
• Experience supporting prep/recovery areas and participating on call teams.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 07:30–18:00.
• Rotating weekends required. Candidate expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital staff.
• Scheduling: 4–10 hour shifts per week as required by unit staffing.
• On-call requirement: Participation in 2 call teams with approximately 15–18 call days per month.
• Floating: Support in prep/recovery area as needed.
