Description
We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
- Current state respiratory therapist license in good standing with the Michigan State License Board.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
- Minimum one year of experience as an RRT in an acute care hospital setting.
- BLS certification required.
- Willingness to float to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) as required by the client.
- Experience working with ventilators, arterial blood gas sampling, and non-invasive ventilation preferred.
- Pediatric and adult respiratory care experience preferred.
