Description
Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled nuclear medicine technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team where you’ll be responsible for preparing and administering radioactive drugs and operate radiation detection and imaging equipment.
Minimum Requirements
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in nuclear medicine technology.
- State license and certification to practice nuclear medicine in the practicing state.
- Certification by the NMTCB or ARRT(N) preferred. (Preferred)
- BLS certification.
- 2 years' experience as a nuclear medicine technologist in a hospital or similar acute care setting.
- Experience preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals and operating gamma cameras, SPECT, or PET imaging systems.
- Experience working with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and radiation safety procedures.
