We’re hiring an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist for a hospital in Winston-Salem, NC. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders. This role includes assignments across adult critical care and neonatal/pediatric units based on departmental needs. Minimum Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Current North Carolina state respiratory license in good standing.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential preferred. Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) acceptable.
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy critical care experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• For adult RT roles: ACLS required.
• For NICU/Pediatrics RT roles: PALS and NRP required.
• Experience with high-acuity, Level 1 trauma center environments preferred.
• Preferred experience with equipment such as Servo U, Servo Air, The Vest, Volara, Aerogen, heated high-flow, and cough assist. For pediatrics, HFJV and HFOV experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in academic medical centers or teaching hospitals.
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Lead therapist or supervisory experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift time: 18:30 – 07:00.
• Standard hours per week: 36.
• Schedule cycle: every 6 weeks.
• Weekend rotation: every other weekend.
• Holiday expectations: Travelers will work 75% of holidays.
• Orientation: Departmental orientation 1–2 days plus NEO.
• Floating: Assignment will be based on traveler’s experience and unit needs; not routinely required.
• Parking: Free.
