We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Current Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist license in good standing.
• CRT or RRT credential from the NBRC.
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience with ventilator experience in an acute care setting.
• Ability to draw arterial blood gases.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with PB980 ventilator and Hamilton T1 transport ventilator preferred.
• Experience charting in EPIC preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Hospital.
• Unit: Respiratory / Med-Surg / ICU support.
• Shift: Nights.
• Shift hours: 1900-0730.
• Schedule: 36 hours per week, nights and every other weekend (EOW).
• Rotation: Night position is straight nights; day position may rotate to 11:00–23:00 when needed.
• EMR: EPIC.
• Clinician-to-patient staffing: 4 Respiratory Therapists on nights; staffing levels vary by shift.
