We’re hiring an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist for a hospital in Deming, NM where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Current state respiratory therapist license in good standing.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist credential (RRT) from the National Board for Respiratory Care.
• Minimum one year experience as an RRT in an acute care or hospital setting.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with ventilator management, airway maintenance, arterial blood gas sampling, and delivery of medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas.
• Experience assisting physicians with invasive and non‑invasive procedures, intubations, pulmonary function studies, and cardiopulmonary stress testing.
• Ability to follow department policies and physician‑approved protocols and to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to inpatients and outpatients.
• Preferred: prior experience working weekend day shifts and familiarity with hospital electronic medical records.

Assignment Details
