We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board (Mississippi).
• One year experience as an RRT. Client prefers candidates with experience in an acute care hospital setting and with ventilator management.
• BLS certification. ACLS and PALS are preferred but not required.
• Experience with arterial blood gas (ABG) sampling and interpretation.
• Familiarity with common respiratory therapy equipment including ventilators, noninvasive ventilation devices, and oxygen delivery systems.
