Description
We’re hiring an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a hospital in Fort Worth, TX. The RRT will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment and care for patients with breathing disorders. This role requires practicing according to facility policies and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered respiratory care.
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
- Current state license in good standing with the State License Board.
- One year experience as an RRT.
- BLS certification.
- Experience working in a hospital setting.
- Experience with ventilator management and arterial blood gas interpretation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Experience in acute care and trauma environments preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 0700–1830.
- Shift occurs on Days.
