What You'll Need:
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy from an accredited program
• AART (ARRT) certification in Radiation Therapy or registry-eligible status with requirement to obtain registry within one year of graduation
• Valid Massachusetts Radiation Therapy state license
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• Minimum of two years of experience as a radiation therapist
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills

Additional Duties:
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment in accordance with departmental policies
• Accurately position patients and ensure proper immobilization during treatment
• Verify treatment plans and dosage with the oncology team
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions during and after therapy
• Document treatments and maintain accurate patient records
Minimum Requirements (Client Specific)
• Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy or Radiologic Science with a certificate in radiation therapy from an accredited Radiation Therapy program required.
• Must be registered or registry-eligible by the ARRT and obtain registration within one year from graduation of an accredited Radiation Therapy program.
• Valid Massachusetts state license required.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• Two years of experience required.
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills required.
