Jackson HealthPros is thrilled to welcome an experienced MRI Tech to our team to accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and expertly operate MRI scanners to create diagnostic images.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography or MRI required. Client requires ARRT - MRI preferred but ARRT certification in relevant modality acceptable if MRI credential is in progress.
• Minimum of 2 years recent MRI technologist experience within the specialty. Client requires at least 2 years of recent experience.
• Current AHA BLS certification required.
• Experience working in a hospital setting required. Experience at a high-volume or trauma hospital is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to perform 3T and 1.5T MRI protocols and cross-sectional imaging sequences preferred.
• Ability to work Nights shift schedule and participate in some on-call coverage as required by the client.

Assignment Details:

• Facility Type: Hospital.
• Shift Name: Nights.
• Shift Pattern: 4x10 nights (example schedule: four 10-hour night shifts per week).
• Typical Schedule: Sunday through Wednesday nights, approximate schedule 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM; some on-call required.
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the client system when requested.
