Jackson HealthPros is thrilled to welcome an experienced MRI Technologist to our team to accurately follow physician scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and expertly operate MRI scanners to create diagnostic images.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) MRI certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of MRI experience required; experience in hospital or trauma-center settings preferred.
• Experience with GE 1.5T Signa and GE 3T systems preferred.
• Experience performing MRI procedures such as MRI/MRA Brain, Abdomen, MRCP, Spine, Extremity, Cardiac, Breast, Liver/adrenal imaging, IAC Brain, Brachial Plexus, Spectroscopy, and MRA Neck preferred.
• Cardiac MRI and Breast MRI experience preferred but not required.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Hospital.
• Unit: MRI, Main hospital, 1st floor.
• Shift: Days.
• Shift hours: 06:00–18:30.
• Weekend expectation: Scheduled in accordance with facility policy; every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.
• On-call requirement: On call Friday–Sunday 20:00–07:00 every 4–5 weekends.
• Documentation system: Meditech.
• Equipment: GE 1.5T Signa and GE 3T Pioneer.
• Required uniform: Gray scrubs.
