Description
We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
- Current state license in good standing with the State License Board.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
- Minimum 2 years of current acute care hospital RRT experience, including NICU/PICU experience required.
- Current certifications: BLS, NRP, PALS.
- Experience with Meditech documentation system preferred. (Preferred)
- Experience with advanced respiratory equipment, such as high flow devices, 3100A oscillator, Bunnell devices, Servo ventilators, continuous nebulizers, inhaled Nitric Oxide, and Heliox preferred. (Preferred)
- Ability to provide respiratory care across age ranges including neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients.
- Ability to float to cover regular adult floors for nebulizer therapy, BIPAP, CPT, and similar therapies as needed.

- Shift hours: 07:00–19:00.
- Dress code: Light gray (Silver) uniform required.
- Typical department structure: Director, Manager, one Supervisor/charge therapist per shift, and regular staff.
- Documentation system: Meditech (preferred experience noted).
