Description
We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
- Current state license in good standing with the State License Board.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
- Minimum 2 years of current acute care hospital RRT experience; current NICU/PICU experience required for this unit.
- Certifications: BLS, NRP, PALS.
- Experience with Meditech preferred by hiring manager.
- Experience using advanced respiratory equipment including high flow devices, 3100A, Bunnell, Servo ventilators, continuous nebulizers, inhaled Nitric Oxide, and Heliox preferred.
- Ability to perform treatments, advanced technologies, and medication delivery for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients.
- Team player with critical thinking skills, patient care focus, adaptability to fast-paced change.

- Dress code: Light gray (Silver) clinical uniform required.
- Floating: May provide coverage for regular adult floors for nebulizer therapy, BIPAP, CPT, and related duties.
