Description
Join the team as an Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you will operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images used by physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions.
Minimum Requirements:
- National ultrasound certification such as ARDMS or Cardiovascular Credentialing International.
- Required certifications: RDMS and RVT.
- Competent performance of general and vascular ultrasound exams including abdominal, small parts, OB/GYN, carotid, venous, arterial, and PVR studies.
- Experience working with GE Logiq systems (experience with GE Logiq E9 or E10 preferred).
- Experience in a hospital radiology ultrasound environment covering ER, inpatient, and outpatient settings preferred.
- BLS certification.
- Weekend night coverage is required.
- Preferred: prior experience covering a 24-hour ultrasound service with both day and night teams.

- No on-call requirements.
- Unit covers ER, inpatient and outpatient ultrasound procedures.
