Description
Join our skilled team of imaging professionals as an IR Technologist and perform invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures. You will operate and perform quality assurance on imaging equipment, assist with patient monitoring, and support vascular and non-vascular interventional procedures in a hospital setting.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience with references.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography or equivalent.
- Graduate from an AMA- or JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Current state radiologic technologist license for Massachusetts.
- Experience working in a hospital-based IR or cardiovascular interventional suite.
- Experience with fluoroscopy equipment, digital subtraction angiography (DSA), and sterile field techniques.
- Ability to work on-call as required by the department.
- Preferred: Vascular interventional experience and familiarity with 4x10-hour day shift models.
