Description
Join the Jackson HealthPros team as an Ultrasound Technologist (also known as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you’ll use your expertise to operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce high quality images that are used by physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions.
Minimum Requirements:
- National certification in specialty from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (preferred: RDMS, RVT, or appropriate specialty credential).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer. Client requires experience in hospital-based imaging.
- Proficiency with general abdominal, OB/GYN, and vascular ultrasound exams preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Willingness to complete one evening per week of on-call duties as required by the client.
- Ability to work within a hospital environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
