We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Current Georgia state license in good standing with the State License Board for Respiratory Care.
• Registry as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Minimum one year experience as an RRT with direct patient care in an acute care hospital setting.
• BLS certification required.
• Clinical experience with ventilators (Dräger, Philips V60), CPAP/BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen devices preferred.
• Experience performing arterial blood gas sampling and interpretation (ABGs) preferred.
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation system preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and some weekends as needed. (Scheduling requirement indicates night shift coverage will include some weekends.)
