Join our team as a Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) and play a vital role on a team that values your expertise. Assist physicians and Cath Lab personnel in conducting diagnostic tests and interventional procedures. Operate advanced imaging equipment to capture crucial images and data of the heart and vascular system. This is a travel opportunity in Elgin, IL at a hospital setting.

What You'll Need:

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist.
• RCIS (Cardiovascular Credentialing International) certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of current Interventional Radiology experience required for this client position. This includes circulating experience, procedural scrub, and diagnostic imaging exposure.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• State licensure as required for Illinois.
• Experience with hemodynamic monitoring, Impella and balloon pump support preferred for RN and RT roles.
• Experience with EP, Hybrid, and IR procedures preferred but not required.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Hours: 08:00-16:30.
• Standard Hours Per Week: 40.
• Patient Population: Adults, inpatient and outpatient, intra-procedural only.
• Orientation: 12 hours of facility/unit orientation.
• Floating: May be required to float to IR or Cath Lab when candidate has required skillset.
• Equipment/Systems: EPIC charting, Merge hemodynamic, GE Cardio (EP), Siemens imaging equipment.
