Description
Are you ready to take your expertise as a cardiovascular technologist to new heights? Join our team as a Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) and play a vital role on a team that values your expertise while experiencing a new location. You will assist physicians and cath lab personnel in diagnostic and interventional procedures and operate advanced imaging equipment to capture critical cardiac and vascular data.
What You'll Need:
- ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist or equivalent credential.
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) preferred. ARRT (ARRT-registered) accepted; RCIS preferred.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a hospital Cath Lab setting required.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Experience with cardiac catheterization, angiography, peripheral angioplasty and pacemaker insertions preferred.
- State licensure when applicable.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Hospital.
- Primary Specialty: Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist).
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: 40 hour guarantee.
- Weekend Requirement: Weekends for call only.
- Duration: 13 week travel assignment.
- Required Experience: 2 years Cath Lab experience.
- Certifications Required: BLS and ACLS. RCIS preferred; ARRT may be accepted but RCIS preferred.
- Preferred Experience: Cardiac experience required; IR experience preferred.
