We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Current Missouri Respiratory Care Practitioner License in good standing.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS) certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as an RRT, including care in intensive care units and medical-surgical floors.
• Willingness to work every third weekend and some holidays.
• Ability to precept respiratory therapy students when requested.
• Pending license accepted. Locals outside a 75-mile radius only.
• Preferred: Active AARC membership, bachelor’s degree or higher, or actively working toward a bachelor’s degree.

• Facility Type: Hospital.
• Shift Name: Nights.
• Shift Pattern: Night 3x12-Hour.
• Shift Hours: 18:45 - 07:15.
• Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend.
• Float Requirement: Candidates will be expected to work in ICUs and on floors as needed.
• First-timers accepted.
• Pending license accepted.
