We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local hospital in Charlotte, NC where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Current North Carolina state license in good standing.
• RRT or CRT required.
• Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience required. Client will accept first-time travelers.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required (Resource Team requirements).
• Experience in critical care settings including CVICU, progressive care, ED, and NICU required.
• Experience with adult care and NICU patient populations. No pediatric care required.
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical record preferred.
• Experience operating department equipment such as Servo ventilators (including I, U, and Airs), Trilogy, ResMed AirCurve, HiFlow, Airvo, NOXbox, and bubble CPAP preferred.

• Shift details: Days 07:00–19:00 (3x12).
• Standard hours per week: 36.
• Duration: 13 week travel assignment.
• Orientation: New employee orientation plus 2 days departmental orientation.
• Floating: Will be required to float regionally as needed within scope of practice. Travelers must be agreeable to floating; travel time between facilities is paid if floating mid-shift.
