Description
Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled nuclear medicine technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team. You will prepare and administer radioactive drugs and operate radiation detection and imaging equipment. This role requires adherence to radiation safety protocols and collaboration with physicians and technologists to produce diagnostic studies.
Minimum Requirements
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in nuclear medicine technology.
- State license and certification to practice nuclear medicine (ARRT(N) or CNMT required).
- BLS certification.
- Minimum 6 months current acute care nuclear medicine technologist experience (client requirement).
- Experience performing stress tests, HIDA, brain studies, and general nuclear medicine procedures.
- Experience with GE imaging equipment preferred.
- Prior Meditech experience preferred.
- Radiation safety experience preferred.
- Detail oriented, flexible, and patient-care focused.

- Facility type: Hospital.
- Shift: Days.
- Shift hours: 0800-1600.
- Weekend requirement: Call shift every other weekend.
- Unit: Nuclear Medicine.
- Typical patient ratio: 1:1.
