We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board for Iowa.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
• One year experience as an RRT in an acute care hospital setting preferred; experience with mechanical ventilation, arterial blood gas interpretation, and ventilator management required.
• BLS certification required. ACLS and PALS preferred.
• Experience with bedside respiratory equipment including invasive and non-invasive ventilators, high-flow nasal cannula systems, and oxygen delivery devices required.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize urgent respiratory needs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
