Jackson HealthPros is thrilled to welcome an experienced MRI Tech to our team to accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and expertly operate MRI scanners to create diagnostic images.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification. ARRT(MR) or ARMRI preferred.
• National certification (NMTCB accepted) for MRI technologists.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of MRI experience required. Candidates with experience in high-acuity, fast-paced hospital settings preferred.
• Experience with Siemens 1.5T MRI magnets preferred.
• Ability to work with adult and pediatric patients from ED, ICU, inpatient units and outpatient settings.
• Effective communication skills and demonstrated teamwork in clinical settings.
• State licensure is not required for this position.

• Patient Population: Adults and Pediatrics from ED, ICUs, inpatient units and outpatients
• Orientation: Facility tour and 5 days departmental orientation (flexible based on traveler needs)
• Scheduling: Travelers will remain on the contracted shift and times for the 13-week contract. Call and holiday coverage required per fair rotation.
• Floating: No
• Scrub Color: Technologists wear black
• Parking: Free teammate parking available in multiple parking decks
