Jackson HealthPros is excited to add an experienced Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist to our team where you’ll be responsible for performing a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT (R) certification required.
• ME State radiologic technologist license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with fluoroscopy and C-arm in the operating room required.
• Experience with inpatient, outpatient, ED/ICU/MedSurg environments and ortho/trauma imaging preferred.
• Experience with portable imaging and mobile C-arm units preferred.
• Ability to perform a range of procedures including general radiography, fluoroscopy, CXR, abdominal scans and vascular imaging preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ radiologic technologist experience preferred; will consider candidates with 1 year of experience depending on overall qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous OR/C-arm experience strongly preferred.
• Fluoroscopy experience preferred. Candidates without fluoro but with strong overall skills will be reviewed by hiring manager prior to offer.
• Experience using Cerner EMR and Enterprise Imaging (AGFA) PACS preferred.

Assignment Details

• Required to cover operating room, fluoroscopy, and float to inpatient fixed locations (excluding OR and portables) for inpatient scans.
• Weekend rotation required; varies based on department need.
• No on-call required.
• Holiday coverage performed in rotation with other technologists.
• Orientation typically 1–1.5 weeks based on experience and comfort level.
• Schedule operates on 7-week rotation with variable shift times (days or evenings) depending on department needs.
• Radiologist on site until approximately 16:30–17:00, with remote coverage afterward.
• EMR: Cerner. PACS: Enterprise Imaging AGFA. Equipment includes Siemens and Phillips imaging units and multiple portable and C-arm systems.
