We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local hospital in Madison, WI where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a COARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• NBRC - RRT required.
• Current Wisconsin Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license required. Pending WI license at time of submission is accepted.
• Two years minimum experience as a staff Respiratory Therapist.
• Experience in an Academic Level 1 Trauma center or a hospital of similar size required.
• BLS certification - American Heart Association only.
• Pediatric and adult experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 1900 - 0730.
• Schedule Pattern: 3 x 12-hour shifts.
• Every other weekend rotation and holidays required.
• One on-call shift every six-week scheduling period.
