We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a skilled nursing facility in Seattle, WA where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders. The Respiratory Therapist provides diagnostic and therapeutic cardiopulmonary services following approved protocols and departmental policies. Responsibilities include assisting with invasive and non-invasive procedures, medicated aerosol delivery, airway maintenance, ventilator management, arterial line insertion, intubations, pulmonary function studies, cardiac and pulmonary stress testing, and blood gas analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science.
• NBRC RRT or CRT certification required. Certification must be attached to submission packet.
• Current Washington Respiratory Therapist license required. License must be attached to resume.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required through the American Heart Association. Certifications must be attached to submission.
• One year of clinical experience as an RRT.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in skilled nursing or inpatient hospital settings.
• Experience with ventilator management, arterial blood gases, and advanced airway procedures.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 1800–0630.
• May be required to follow facility protocols and departmental policies for both inpatient and outpatient services.
