We’re hiring an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist for a hospital in Beckley, WV where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Current WV state license in good standing with the State License Board.
• One year experience as an RRT.
• BLS certification.
• Required certifications prior to start as specified by the client. Client may require additional certifications; refer to the facility checklist for the most up-to-date requirements.
• Candidates must meet local/travel eligibility criteria as stated by client (local rate/orientation information applies).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in acute care hospital settings including emergency and surgical care environments.
• Experience with advanced respiratory procedures and ventilator management.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 1800-0600.
• 12-hour shift structure.
• Orientation occurs on Wednesdays, biweekly.
• Candidates must be 60 miles or greater to be considered for travel/local rate as noted by the client.
