Jackson HealthPros is thrilled to welcome an experienced MRI Technologist to a hospital team in Wilmington, NC. The MRI Technologist will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and operate MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images. The role requires proficiency with a range of MRI exams and systems, and adherence to orientation and attendance requirements specified by the facility.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
• MRI advanced level certification and state licensure as required by North Carolina.
• Minimum of 1 year of MRI technologist experience.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with outpatient and emergency/trauma MRI procedures.
• Experience performing abdomen, female pelvis, male pelvis, breast, chest, brain, cranial nerve, face/soft tissue neck, and head MRI examinations.
• Experience with MRCP (magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography).
• Experience using GE MRI systems and PACS.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two years of MRI technologist experience preferred.
• Prior travel or hospital-based MRI experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift pattern: 4x8-hour schedule.
• Shift hours: 06:30 - 23:00.
• Orientation and start date availability required. Travelers must be fully available with no other commitments during orientation; missing any portion may delay or cancel the start.
• RTO (released time off) after booking is not allowed and may result in cancellation if worked out onsite.
