Join our team as a Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) and play a vital role on a team that values your expertise while working in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Assist physicians and Cath Lab personnel in conducting diagnostic tests and procedures. Operate advanced medical equipment to capture images and data of the heart and blood vessels.

Minimum Qualifications

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist or equivalent credential.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Cath Lab hospital setting.
• Experience with Cath Lab equipment and systems, including GE Innova, MacLab, and Meditech.
• Skill set in Cath Lab procedures such as PCI, R/LHC, TAVR, PFO closure, atherectomy, Impella, and IABP.
• Experience with structural heart procedures and device support (Impella, IABP).
• Willingness to follow unit dress code; surgical scrubs provided by the hospital.
• Must meet state licensing requirements when applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification from CCI preferred.
• Experience with IFR and FFR measurements and TEEs.
• Prior exposure to self-scheduling and Stemi call procedures.
• Experience working in units that float to electrophysiology (EP) and stress lab areas.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 07:00–19:00.
• Stemi call approximately 10–12 days per month.
• Self-scheduling available.
• Floating within the department to EP and Stress Lab.

You will work alongside experienced staff in a facility that provides open heart surgery, advanced stroke care, and an accredited cancer care program.
