We’re hiring an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist for a hospital in Tulsa, OK. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment and care for patients with breathing and cardiopulmonary disorders. Provide intensive respiratory care, patient transport, ventilator management, airway procedures, and patient education within the scope of your license and facility policy.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Current Oklahoma state respiratory therapist license in good standing.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Minimum one year experience as an RRT. Experience with ventilator weaning and mechanical ventilation required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience performing arterial puncture, 12-lead EKG, oximetry and capnography monitoring, suctioning, tracheostomy care, and bronchoscopy assistance.
• Ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot various ventilators and respiratory equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• ACLS certification preferred.
• Experience in acute care hospital settings and with moderate complexity laboratory specimen handling preferred.

• Shift pattern: 3x12.
