Jackson HealthPros is thrilled to welcome an experienced MRI Technologist to a hospital in Wichita, KS to accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and expertly operate MRI scanners to create diagnostic images. The role supports outpatient imaging services using GE MRI systems and the facility’s Meditech EMR. Candidates should be organized and able to maintain the daily schedule for timely patient flow. Minimum Qualifications:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in MR or equivalent RT(MR) credential.
• Active Kansas state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Experience performing outpatient MRI exams on GE MRI equipment.
• Ability to follow physician scanning protocols and maintain patient safety and comfort.
• Client requirement: availability to work a day shift schedule consistent with facility needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with Meditech electronic medical record system.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy relevant to MRI imaging.
• Experience working independently in a one-tech-per-shift model.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 07:00 - 17:00.
• Typical staffing: one MRI technologist per shift; MRI aide when available.
• Unit type: Outpatient Imaging.
