Description
Join our skilled team of imaging professionals as an IR Technologist and perform invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures. You will operate and assure quality of film processing, patient monitoring, and x-ray equipment. This role supports cardiovascular interventional radiology (CVIR) procedures in a hospital setting in Springfield, MA.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of Interventional Radiology technologist experience with references.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
- Graduate of an AMA‑approved accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- BLS certification.
- State radiologic technologist license for Massachusetts.
- Experience supporting CVIR procedures and working with fluoroscopy and interventional equipment.
- Willingness to participate in on‑call and holiday call rotations as required by the department.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certifications relevant to interventional radiology or vascular access.
- Experience in high‑volume hospital interventional suites.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 07:30–16:00.
- On‑call responsibilities included. On‑call every other weekend and on holidays as part of rotation.
