We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local hospital in Madison, WI where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate from a COARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• NBRC - RRT required.
• Valid Wisconsin Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license in good standing.
• Minimum two years’ experience as a staff respiratory therapist.
• Experience with both pediatric and adult patient populations.
• Experience working in an academic Level 1 trauma center or similar size hospital.
• BLS certification required. AHA only.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience covering multiple hospital locations.
• Experience with neurodiagnostics or respiratory support in complex care settings.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 1900 - 07:30.
• Schedule Pattern: 3 x 12-hour night shifts.
• Every other weekend rotation and some holidays required.
• One on-call shift every 6-week scheduling period.
• May be required to float to support additional hospital locations.
