Jackson HealthPros is thrilled to welcome an experienced MRI Tech to our team to accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and expertly operate MRI scanners to create diagnostic images.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• MRI advanced level certification and state licensure
• 2 years' experience as an MRI Tech
• BLS certification
• Ability to work independently in the department with Radiologist availability for questions
• Ability to give excellent patient care while keeping the MRI environment safe for everyone

Assignment Details:

• Shift hours: 1500-0130
• On call: 1-2 days per month
• Equipment: GE Explorer Lift Signa 1.5T
• EMR: Meditech
• Facility type: Level II Trauma Center

Location Highlights

Hudson offers direct access to Florida's Gulf Coast, with Hudson Beach and SunWest Park both located within about 15 minutes of central Hudson. Werner-Boyce Salt Springs State Park is approximately 20 minutes away and provides paddling trails, coastal marsh views, and wildlife observation opportunities. Downtown New Port Richey is about 20 minutes south and features the Richey Suncoast Theatre, Sims Park, and local dining in a walkable setting.
