Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled nuclear medicine technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary hospital team. The technologist will prepare and administer radioactive pharmaceuticals, operate radiation detection and imaging equipment, perform patient positioning and imaging protocols, and assist with image processing and quality control to support diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

• An associate or bachelor’s degree in nuclear medicine technology or related field.
• Current New York State Radiologic Technologist license.
• ARRT (N) certification or CNMT/NMTCB certification. (Either accepted.)
• Current BLS (AHA) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of nuclear medicine technologist experience.
• Venipuncture experience required.
• Experience operating GE nuclear medicine imaging systems required.
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system required.
• Experience with McKesson PACS required.
• Traveler must have a reliable personal vehicle.
• Profile requirements at upload: complete work history, skills checklist current to within 1 year, one supervisory signed reference from within the past two years, permanent address that matches driver license/state ID, and all licenses/certifications uploaded (NY state license, ARRT/CNMT/NMTCB, BLS).
• Candidates with travel experience are preferred.
• CT experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel assignment experience preferred.
• Additional cross-training in related imaging modalities preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift option 1: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
• Shift option 2: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• No weekend requirement.
• Non-billable orientation: 8 hours.
• Requested time off during the assignment must be noted and verified at upload. Return-to-work requests after upload will not be approved. No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted.
• Facility may cancel up to 5 shifts over the 13-week contract with at least 2 hours notice.
• Dress code: personal scrubs of any color without designs or cartoons; no hoodies.
• Travelers from specified New York counties (Perm address) will not be considered for this facility. Ensure permanent address is included and valid in profile.
