We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider in Boston, MA where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders. This position supports adult critical care in a hospital setting. RRT credential is required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Current Massachusetts state license in good standing with the State License Board.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required.
• One year experience as an RRT, preferably in adult critical care.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with Hamilton ventilators preferred.
• Experience with EPIC charting preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a Level I or tertiary care hospital is preferred.
• Critical care respiratory therapy experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 18:15–06:45.
• Night shift schedule, 12-hour shifts.
• Role involves working in adult critical care.
