Assist physicians and cath lab staff in conducting diagnostic and interventional procedures, operate advanced imaging equipment, and capture crucial images and hemodynamic data to support patient care.

Minimum Qualifications

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist.
• BLS and ACLS certification. American Heart Association preferred.
• State specific licensing when required for Florida.
• Cath lab experience required. Must have experience with Impella, IABP, and ventilated patients.
• Experience working in a hospital cardiac cath lab setting.
• Experience with GE imaging equipment preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) preferred.
• Vascular/peripheral intervention and EP experience preferred.
• Experience with Meditech EMR preferred.
• History of performing LHC, RHC, PCI, shockwave, PPM, Impella, and IABP procedures preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0700-1500.
• Two cath labs on unit. Typical staffing on day shift: each lab staffed with 1–2 RNs and 1–2 techs (approximately 3 staff per case).
• Patient ratios: 1:1 during cases; on-call configuration forms a 3-person team.
• Equipment: GE imaging systems.
• Unit is on-call for nights.
