Description
Join our skilled team of imaging professionals as an Interventional Radiology Technologist and perform invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures. You will operate and assure quality of imaging equipment, monitor patients, and support procedural teams in a hospital setting in Newton, MA.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of Interventional Radiology (IR) technologist experience with references.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in radiography or appropriate modality.
- Graduate of an AMA-approved accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- State radiologic technologist license for Massachusetts.
- Experience with vascular and interventional radiology procedures and sterile technique.
- Ability to operate fluoroscopy and advanced imaging equipment and perform quality assurance checks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a hospital-based cardiovascular or interventional radiology center.
- Previous on-call rotation experience.
- Certifications in ACLS or specialty modality certifications. These are preferred, not required.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 0700-1530.
- 40 hours per week, scheduled as four 10-hour shifts with on-call rotation.
